Characteristics:
- Two stands available - manual (Complete Model) and motorized (Helistand Model) that moves the mounted viscometer and its rotating body slowly and evenly up and down the sample.
- Easy to operate - The generous 4.3" TFT display allows intuitive menu guidance. Additionally, a digital spirit level makes it easy to correctly set the starting condition. The simple ramp function simplifies repetitive tasks.
- Maximum measurement precision - The measurement precision level of the ROTAVISC rotational viscometer for Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids is ±1% of the measurement range. Reproducibility is ±0.2%.
- Temperature sensor - The temperature sensor is always included in the scope of delivery, as it is recommended to measure the viscosity in relation to a temperature value.
- Temperature control - Using the appropriate accessories it is possible to measure samples from -100°C to 300°C.
- Continuous positioning - The ROTASTAND guarantees perpendicular stability. The height of the viscometer can be adjusted steplessly.
- Multiple fixings: thread adaptation, quick connector or hook connector: You fix the spindle to the device in the way that is most comfortable for you.
- 3 measurement modes - It has three measurement modes for different applications: precise, balanced and fast.
- Different programs - Ten different programs and ramps can be stored.
- Functions - The start and stop of a measurement can be defined individually: With a timer, once a certain torque has been reached or once the viscosity has been measured. Labworldsoft® allows any number of program and data recordings.
- Interfaces - There are connection possibilities for USB and RS 232. This means that control via a PC and data capture is possible.
- Spindles - The ROTAVISC lo-vi supply includes four spindles; The Me-Vi and Hi-Vi packages include six spindles.
- The multilingual and intuitive navigation menu ensures easy handling and operation.
- The user individually defines the start and stop of a measurement: with a timer, once a certain torque has been reached or once the viscosity has been measured. Labworldsoft® 6 Visc allows networking and control of the viscometer with thermostat and additional sensors, as well as any number of program and data storage. Additionally, the software is compatible with the requirements of the FDA CFR 21 Part 11 standard.
- ROTAVISC offers the greatest possible flexibility to the user. Different types of supports and spindles can be used depending on the viscosity to be measured. We offer different solutions depending on the application and the viscosity measurement range.
