Characteristics:
- Weight Per Gallon Cups also known as Density Cups, Specific Gravity Cups or Pycnometers.
- It is used to quickly and accurately determine the weight per gallon, as well as the specific gravity of paints, lacquers, pastes, semi-pastes and other liquid or semi-liquid materials.
- Meet ASTM test methods
- Meets ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 as applicable
- They comply with the ISO 9000 standard if ordered with a calibration certificate
- All surfaces are manufactured to a finish greater than 32 RMS.
- Inside corners are rounded with a radius of no less than 0.188".
- The volume tolerance is within ±0.5% of the correct theoretical value.
- Volume certification is available to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, where applicable, and to ISO/IEC 17025.
- Tare weights are 300 series stainless steel, adjusted to within 0.2 grams of the beaker weight and sized to cushion air when dropped into the beaker for storage.
