Circular Blade Cross Tester

Yo Instrument to test the adhesion and fragility of dry layers of paint on their substrate. Available in four types of circular blades, each with different blade spacing: 1.0mm blade spacing, 1.5mm blade spacing, 2.0mm blade spacing and 3.0mm spacing. Two types are also available that have eleven circular blades, each with a spacing of 1.0 mm or 1.5 mm.

The eight sets of circular blades are contained in a very compact cutting wheel. If one circular blade or area becomes worn or chipped, the wheel is simply rotated and the second set of circular blades is put into use by simply removing the hex nut with the included wrench, removing the round wheel and turning it from left to right. Reattach the wheel to the handle and secure it in the cutting position with the hex nut.
